This is a question i kept asking myself that where are we heading to in this country? Some years ago, we experience the regime of Millitant and people kept calling for DEMOCRACY now we are into democracy for some years ago, please point it out to me what difference have we seen so far or should we still kepp expecting? Former governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, this morning escaped being arrested by policemen and officials of the State Security Service (SSS) at AIT premises in Alagbado.
Fayose had appeared on AIT to participate in a live programme when the security operatives laid ambush for him.

In a very rare and strange show of solidarity, the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND)has said it sympathises with the 27 soldiers of the 14th Nigerian Battalion who were sentenced to life imprisonment for protesting for their rights.
In an online statement sent to P.M.News in Port Harcourt today, the group said: “Their unfortunate plight elicits sympathy from the people of the Niger Delta who are no strangers to injustice from a failed state.”

It was a miracle on Monday at Aboru in Iyana Ipaja as two workers of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) were almost electrocuted while working on some high tension cables to restore electricity to the area.
