The Journalist Bloodily Assaulted During The Release Of Dana Air Crash Bodies At LASUTH

According to the news reaching us, this Journalist was attacked by officials of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) and relatives of Dana crash victims with bottles, knives, bricks and daggers yesterday morning while he was trying to cover the scene. The name of the  photojournalist is Benedict Uwalaka, he is attached to Leadership Newspapers and am sure he is currently not feeling happy in any way.

If this information is correct then the accused persons should be brought to book. When did the bodies become such an exhibit that cannot be seen by Nigerians? What do they have to hide that a Journalist cannot see? When did a Hospital become protected premises? Is it protected by touts? Who send them to increase the death list? This is arrant nonsense. On whose side were those men fighting? This record is silent on why this massacre, next time lets know what led to this please.

sometimes, we walk into the wrong scene, too sad, see this man bleeding, maybe he was given a warning, maybe he was not given any, I have no idea but one thing am aware of is this, he will never forget about the Dana Air crash.
