Police Men Forcefully Insert A Metallic Object Into Woman's Private Part

If this truly happened as reported by Punchng reporters, then the Police force needs some weeding, this is in no way fun or interesting, those who treated her in this manner should be made to tell their own side of the story.

Queen Akindeleni, a property developer is presently struggling for her life three years after being allegedly assaulted by policemen attached to Agbara Division, Ogun State.

In an affidavit which she swore to at the Ogun State High Court, Sango Ota, Queen said trouble started for her on October 12, 2009, when she went to the station to make a report about the threat she had received from the family of one Ayodele Akindeleni.

According to the victim, Ayodele’s whereabouts were not known, and his family threatened to kill her and her two children if she didn’t tell them his whereabouts.

She said she went to the station to report the matter but unknown to her, the family had already complaint about her at the same station.

Queen said she was arrested immediately after reporting the threat to her life.

Her two children, Esther Ighovoyiwi 12, and Charles Ighovoyiwi 14; who came to look for her at the station were also allegedly detained at the station.

The girl, Esther, was allegedly slapped by the policemen till her ears began to discharge pus and was released after few hours in detention.

According to her, Charles was however held for a month and two days without being charged.

Queen said, “The policemen tortured me with cruelty that I must confess that I killed the alleged deceased person (Ayodele). The two policemen who tortured me were, Shadrach and Raphael.”

The victim alleged that Shadrach used a straight heavy metal which looked like window aluminium to beat her repeatedly on the left side of her body, adding that three other policemen joined in the beating.

From the station, according to her account on a popular blog, Ladun Liadi, she was allegedly dragged to the police barrack where she was held in a bathroom and stripped naked.

“Shadrach forced me to the ground, opened my legs and inserted the metal into my vagina. There was an immediate heavy rush of blood from my genitals and I fainted,” Queen said.

Her state notwithstanding, she said she was left unattended to for four days after which a man was brought to examine her and give her drugs.

She was later transferred to the Ogun State Police Headquarters in Abeoukuta, from where she was moved to the Ibara Prison, Abeoukuta, on January 1, 2010 pending advice from the Director of Public Prosecutions ...Source

It is stupid and ignorance for a police officer to believe that any accused person reported to the police is automatically wrong and should be treated as a criminal. Some of our Nigerian police, because of low level of education do not know how to investigate cases. Whenever a case is assigned to an IPO, he feels that an opportunity for money making has come. Majority of the police officers (IPOs) are not ready to spend their time, acquired training, energy and brains to thoroughly investigate cases for the sake of God and selfless services to the society and humanity. Most police men who are serving are never careful to study the nemesis that follow the families of their colleagues who served criminally and fraudulently and who killed and accused innocent people and extorted money from poor people.

Nigerian police at times behave like cannibals. Some of them join the police force for evil intentions. Some good ones who join the force will be spoilt by the bad ones. The guns they hold in their hands always cause them to behave as thin gods. Even the one you can quiz like bitter leave or strangle to coma will threaten you with the gun where his strength lies. When they tread on your right and you go to the station to report, they will conspire to come up with terrible criminal charges that never existed against you. One police man once told me that the police can bend the law any how to suit them depending on who brings lager amount of money. He said that even if you have a good case and you fail to bring money that the case will turn against you in favour of the accused. I suggest that it is high time the highly educated and responsible Nigerians are drafted into the police force because there is a limit to the level they will condescend. A least, they will respect their certificates and will never commit heinous and shameful crimes.

Our Nigerian POLICE are used to doing this things. My late Sister daughter 14 yrs was beaten seriously by an elderly tenant in my flat. I called her to go & report at the police station bcos her face was swollen. I was told, that she was detained at the police station in Lagos Island for hours until I sent a lawyer friend of my sister to d station. Why did they detain a small girl? guess what they said. The tenant had reported that my niece saved their house-help Esther (13 years girl) midnight while she was sleeping at d ground floor, and asked her to come & sleep in my apartment. Bcos d police on duty knew d man, they called him to come that a girl came to report him & they lied that d man reported her first. Even with her face swollen, Our Nigerian Police detained my poor girl for 4 hours. I traveled back & went to d station. I went straight to the DCO, guess what? d case was not registered! d prroblem in d police is bcos there are more illitrates in d force than educated people. Most of them are WAEC/School cert. Hmmmm.... Who will tell people in authority not to misuse their RIGHTS? I wonder how dis world would have been if MEN were GOD!
