This is how you can be successful in any job interview.
Here, i will try and explain in steps how i think you can nail 1 out of three Job interviews.
Step 1:
Before the day of the interview, if you know anybody in that organization, ask the person on how you should dress for the D-day, if not then you should hang around the company to see how its current staffs dress.
Step 2:
Arrive on time at the spot were the interview will take place and try to know a little bit about the person who will interview you. Simply socialize with the staff at the waiting reception, this way you can easily get some useful details.
Step 3:
You must have an extra copy of your resume and recommendation letters with you. Nobody know what may happen, just be on the save side because files normally miss in the office.
Step 4:
Don't you ever cross your legs or show any sign that will interpret as you been a proud person, be humble, relaxed, smart and straight to the point, the person interviewing you is the key to your success.
Step 5:
You must have known lots of things about this company, how they operate, the way they do business and so on, because you need to make the interviewer know that you are not new to their company.
Step 6:
When he/she says it is time for you to leave, say thank you sir and ask the interviewer when or how you can get a feedback message. Walk out of the office with a big smile on your face, do not let any sign like 'Oh thank God its over' 'Ha that man is crazy' 'Will they even pick me' take over your face.
If your CV is up to the standards set/ required, your chances of getting picked is high.

In addition to what Slim mentioned, self composure is very important. You should believe in yourself, fight against that complex. If you can be able able to get hold of yourself, every other thing that Slim mentioned will naturally fall in place!
