This was how Nollywood star Raped Me (Nigeria)
An emotional Amusa told Magistrate T. A. Omoyele that the popular actor drugged him with a fruit juice drink, held him captive, raped him and wiped the semen he released on him with a white handkerchief.
The victim said: My name is Amusa (surname withheld). I am 18 years old. I work as a fuel attendant at a filling station in (area name withheld). Alhaji Oni film (as he referred to the alleged rapist) came to my filling station to buy fuel. He started chatting with me and asked me what time I would close from work. I told him that I close by 10:30 pm. He told me that the job I am doing was not good for me and that he would help me to get another job that will be better than being a fuel attendant.
"He gave me his phone number and address and promised to give me a job. I called him later in the week and he asked me to meet him in his house at AIT Road, Okofilling by 6:00p.m. I got there by 7:30p.m. and met some men in the sitting room. They told me to go and meet Alhaji Oni film in the bedroom but I began to feel that something was wrong. I told them to call him out but they insisted that I go inside his bedroom to meet him."
Amusa continued: "When I entered the bedroom, I saw Alhaji Oni film in his underwear. He asked me to sit down and offered me a drink. I refused to drink and told him that I wanted to leave as it was getting too late in the night. He refused to let me go and ordered me to drink the fruit juice or they would force me.
"When I refused, he called the two men I met earlier in the sitting room to hold me down and they forcefully poured the drink in my mouth.
"In the next five minutes, I discovered that my body was weak I did not have power to move and I immediately felt like sleeping. I saw Alhaji removing his underwear and started raping me by putting his penis into my anus. He released his semen on my body and wiped it with a white handkerchief.
"He later asked the two men to open the door for me to go. When I got home, I was supposed to go to work but I could not go because I was feeling the pain. I later noticed that I could not excrete through my anus or urinate. I called my father and told him what happened between me and Alhaji and he took me to the police station to report the case. That was how they arrested them and brought them to court."
Amusa's narrative did not go smoothly as counsel to the defendant interrupted him several times, which elicited objections from the prosecuting lawyer and generated heated confrontation between them. The magistrate, however, calmed both parties down for the session to continue and adjourned the matter to October 13 and 15, this year.

- The young man should be taken for a medical examination to truly ascertain if there was a forceful penetration in his anus.I simply believe if forensic materials and equipments which make crime easy to solve abroad were readily available in naija some of these court case would not linger as proofs concerning cells, dna and genetics would all be very easy to crack and culprits quickly brought to book.

- I'm sorry, but the guy saw the signs and maybe because of money he decided to put his life at risk. What if they had killed him instead of raping him? Why would a man rape another man? Maybe it is a ritual thing but I think someone who saw the sign of danger glaring and chose not to heed gets what he deserved. It may be bitter but that is the truth.

On d oda hand wot was d boy thinkin, goin 2 alhaji's house at 8.30pm n goin 2 his bedroom, 4 wot? som1 u dont kno dat claim 2 help u, he sud av gon bak hom 2 come bak d followin day. wel d did has already been don, but d doy sud be cushioned 2 prevent re-occurance.

hmmm, is very pathetic of amusa who claim to be raped,but you know in this life somany thing is possible.see am not trying to say that rasaki is innocent nor guilty but will want to argue this. a film producer who is into money and working hard to see his business is booming,mind you that people can & are willing to go any lenght once money is involved.
It is still possible that this could be a plot just to bring this man rasaki down out of jealousy. It could be the handwork of his rivals. See this amusa

He said he was drugged or better under drug that he felt weak,unable to walk,feeling of dizziness this are initial what sedative drug can do to somebody when is first administered then later goes to sleep. How then did he saw the wiping of semen from his body by rasaki.
Again amusa is a man not a woman. He didnt struggle with those men of which even a woman whom we thought are weak would do.
A manly struggle would have left some injuries on his body which could serve as evidence to the authorities you know and some other things that will follow it.
And this one every reasonable person will know for you to honour an invitation of someone you did not know to his house and in the night mmmmh you must be a brave man Mr amusa
This is not different from what is happening in europ where people wokeup oneday and finds a VIP in the form of celebrity,movie star,music star and so on.accuse them of either rape or molestation and othe similer crimes name them and will get some money and at last make away with it.
On the other hand the society is so corrupt that people nolonger give a second thought to how they make money. Rituallist are every where in the world there could also be a possibility that the 18 year old amusa claim is true. This matter needed a thorough investigation if the boys claim has to be ascertained.
