Three Brave Men Who Died Taking Bullets For Their Girl Friends During Colorado Shooting

These guys human shield their ladies with their own bodies during the colorado shooting, so so interesting this story would have been if they did not loose their lives, but, they did. Not only is it sad to know they died while protecting their loved ones, they were young guys in their late 20s, this makes it much more painful for their families and friends, one man's insanity took their lives.

May their gentle souls rest in peace

All three of their girlfriends survived this unfathomable early morning massacre. Jansen Young, Samantha Yowler and Amanda Lindgren made it out of the theater that night to breathe another breath. The breaths are hard to finish because the three men, the three boyfriends took bullets. They took bullets to save their ladies.

Jansen had the courage to recall those last moments, "There was kind of a break in between each gunshot. Every gunshot, I was like, ‘This is it . . . I’m done for.’ Jon gave me one good push against that concrete again and then . . . I didn’t really feel his arms against my back anymore but I knew he was still there.” When the gunshots went quiet, Jansen realized her boyfriend was shot. “I started shaking him and saying, ‘Jon, Jon, we have to go . . . it’s time for us to get out of here." But he didn't move. His breath was gone.

However, his heroic act will forever be remembered. And so will the bravery of the other two men.
These were the last moments of three heroes.

Where is the hero. They only did a heroic act but they are no heroes. Heroes live to tell their stories themselves.I feel U Danladi, not that I condemned what they did but they are no Heroes is what am pointing out.

I am not aware of any hero in the grave. Heroes are those who survive either by fighting back or tactical escape or through any means and survived. What a suicide mission. They may not have come for the girls after all their shields are dead. I verily believe they came for the three of them. By the way, How many people were there? Were they just six or did they also spare other lives. The brave once are the killers who know that in such situation you don't kill women and children no matter the provocation. Unlike our senseless Boko H who kill even pregnant women who have nothing for or against their fight.

The saved should live to save other lives when the opportunity shows its face.

Well, a sad one that they all died without knowing how much they will be appreciated. Left for me, they are heroes but silly ones to have died for girlfriends not even wives.Just my opinion.
